Greetings from Linda
Hi, my name is Linda and I'm a GED teacher. I'm very excited as this is the first blog for me and many of my students. Right now we're reading a book by the Haitian author Edwidge Danticat called The Dew Breaker. We just finished the part where the main character's father revealed a secret to her from his past. That secret changed everything she ever thought about her father. We will continue this week.

The book sounds intriguing, so now I'll either have to read the book myself or hope that students will reveal the "secret"!
